1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing
5 Sections 4.29 and 4.32 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 80/4.29)
7     Sec. 4.29. Acts repealed on January 1, 2019 and December
8 31, 2019.
9     (a) The following Acts are ~~Act is~~ repealed on January 1,
10 2019:
11         The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act.
12         The Illinois Athlete Agents Act.
13     (b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2019:
14         The Structural Pest Control Act.

17     Sec. 4.32. Acts repealed on January 1, 2022. The following
18 Acts are repealed on January 1, 2022:
19     The Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.
20     The Collateral Recovery Act.
21     ~~The Detection of Deception Examiners Act.~~
22     The Home Inspector License Act.

2     The Massage Licensing Act.
3     The Petroleum Equipment Contractors Licensing Act.
