    Amends the Judicial Circuits Apportionment Act of 2005. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning courts.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Judicial Circuits Apportionment Act of 2005
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (705 ILCS 22/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Judicial Circuits Apportionment Act of 2005.
