    Amends the Comprehensive Solar Energy Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Comprehensive Solar Energy Act of 1977 is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 725/1)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7301)
7     Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Comprehensive Solar Energy Act of 1977.
