HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Leonard Marak; and

WHEREAS, Leonard Marak was born on May 3, 1976 in Arlington Heights; and

WHEREAS, Leonard Marak worked at the Palatine Police Department before graduating from college; after graduating from the police academy at UIUC, he worked at the Huntley Police Department, where he earned the rank of sergeant; and

WHEREAS, Leonard Marak is survived by his wife, Kimberly Grinnell; his sons, Leonard, Bennett, and Samuel; his parents, Leonard and Nancy Marak; his siblings, Darcey Martino and Adam Marak; his seven nieces and nephews; and his other family members and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Leonard Marak; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Leonard Marak.
