1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 163

2     WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated September 30, 2016,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Central SD
10 104 - St. Clair with respect to the debt limitation, identified
11 in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
12 WM100-6259, is disapproved; and be it further

13     RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
14 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
