775 ILCS 45/1

Amends the Bill of Rights for the Homeless Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning human rights.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Bill of Rights for the Homeless Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Bill of Rights for the Homeless Act.
