730 ILCS 154/1

Amends the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act.
