    Amends the Teacher Homebuyer Assistance Act. Makes a technical changein a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning housing.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Teacher Homebuyer Assistance Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (310 ILCS 115/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Teacher Homebuyer Assistance Act.
