    Amends the Coin-Operated Amusement Device and Redemption Machine Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning revenue.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Coin-Operated Amusement Device and
5 Redemption Machine Tax Act is amended by changing Section 16 as
6 follows:

7     (35 ILCS 510/16)  (from Ch. 120, par. 481b.16)
8     Sec. 16. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Coin-Operated
9 Amusement Device and Redemption Machine Tax Act.
