SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 454/1-1
    Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Real Estate License Act of 2000 is amended
5 by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 454/1-1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)
8     Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate License
9 Act of 1983. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
10 Real Estate License Act of 2000, and it shall supersede the
11 Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by this Act.
