| | 9 | | WHEREAS, Austin Ulmer was born on September 2, 1993; his | | 10 | | father is Jeremy Ulmer; and
| | 11 | | WHEREAS, Jared Kleinik was born on April 24, 1994; his | | 12 | | parents are Sandra Kleinik and Jacob Kleinik; and
| | 13 | | WHEREAS, Jacob Rommerskirchen, Austin Ulmer, and Jared | | 14 | | Kleinik have displayed the needed leadership traits to earning | | 15 | | this most prestigious rank: Trustworthiness, Loyalty, | | 16 | | Helpfulness, Friendliness, Courteousness, Kindness, Obedience, | | 17 | | Cheerfulness, Thriftiness, Bravery, Cleanliness, and | | 18 | | Reverence; and
