SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Nicole Marie Bottrell of Lincoln, who passed away on February 16, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Nicole Bottrell was born in Springfield to Paul Glenn and Debra Joann Hinds Bottrell on September 30, 1982; she graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 2001 and Bradley University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; and

WHEREAS, Nicole Bottrell worked for HSHS St. John's Hospital and the Prairie Heart Center; and

WHEREAS, Nicole Bottrell was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals; she was a fun-loving person and delighted in visiting Disney World and being with her friends and family; she also enjoyed taking care of people; and

WHEREAS, Nicole Bottrell was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Eileen Hinds, and Glenn Bottrell; and

WHEREAS, Nicole Bottrell is survived by her parents, Debbie (Dallas) Jones and Paul (Lori) Bottrell; her grandmother, Mary Bottrell; her brothers, Ken (Angie), Scott (Shannon), and Jeremy (Tonya) Bottrell; and her nieces and nephews, Kalob, Koby, Derrick, Ellie, Zack, Liam, Raistlin, and Jozi; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Nicole Marie Bottrell, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Nicole Bottrell as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
