    Amends the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

1     AN ACT concerning domestic violence.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 is
5 amended by changing Section 101 as follows:

6     (750 ILCS 60/101)  (from Ch. 40, par. 2311-1)
7     Sec. 101. Short Title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may
8 be cited as the "Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986".
