SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 2/20

Amends the Acupuncture Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning activities exempt from the application of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Acupuncture Practice Act is amended by changing Section 20 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)

Sec. 20. Exempt activities. This Act does not prohibit any person licensed in this State from engaging in the the practice for which he or she is licensed.
