35 ILCS 25/1

Amends the Small Business Job Creation Tax Credit Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Small Business Job Creation Tax Credit Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 25/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Small Business Job Creation Tax Credit Act.
