SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 2712/5-1

Amends the Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2712/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Broadband Access on Passenger Rail Law.
