50 ILCS 330/4   from Ch. 85, par. 804
    Amends the Illinois Municipal Budget Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a municipality's noncompliance with the Act.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Budget Law is amended by
5 changing Section 4 as follows:

6     (50 ILCS 330/4)  (from Ch. 85, par. 804)
7     Sec. 4. The~~The~~ failure by any governing body of any
8 municipality to adopt an annual budget and appropriation
9 ordinance, or to comply in any respect with the provisions of
10 this Act, shall not affect the validity of any tax levy of any
11 such municipality, otherwise in conformity with the law.
