SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Albert Bujan of Waukegan, who passed away on January 24, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Albert Bujan was born on August 13, 1918 in Waukegan; he was a lifelong resident of Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Albert Bujan was a member of St. Anastasia Church in Waukegan, the City Club of Waukegan, the American Federation of Musicians, the Glen Flora Country Club, and Pool Peers; and

WHEREAS, Albert Bujan retired as a Biomedical Research Manager in the Hospital Products Division at Abbott Laboratories after many years of service; and

WHEREAS, Albert Bujan was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Marcella Bujan, and his brothers, Raymond and Edward Bujan; and

WHEREAS, Albert Bujan is survived by his loving wife, Betty Bujan; his daughters, Linda (Richard) Harris and Lorrie Bujan; his granddaughters, Kim (Jim) Bonk and Karrie (Dan McCann) Brouilard; and his sister, Rose Marie (T.J.) Tickner; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Albert Bujan; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Albert Bujan as an expression of our sympathy.
