SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Darlene Catherine (nee Schaefer) Aeverman
4of Crystal Lake, who passed away on February 3, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Darlene Aeverman was born on February 13, 1943 in
6Woodstock to John and Lovina (nee Brown) Schaefer; she married
7Donald Aeverman on November 9, 1963 at St. Mary Catholic Church
8in McHenry; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Darlene Aeverman worked as a proofreader for Black
10Dot Graphics Inc. in Crystal Lake for 28 years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Darlene Aeverman was a volunteer for the Raue
12Center for the Arts; she enjoyed ceramics, needlepoint,
13reading, and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic
14Church in Naperville; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Darlene Aeverman was preceded in death by her
16parents; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Edna
17(nee Anderson) Aeverman; her sister-in-law, Gerry (Robert)
18Becker; and her brother-in-law, Harold Aeverman; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Darlene Aeverman is survived by her husband, Don;
20her daughters, Diane (Frank) Vadnais and Denise (Kurt) Baker;

1her granddaughters, Sarah and Courtney Vadnais and Alison,
2Brooke, and Cara Baker; her brother, Robert Schaefer; her
3brother-in-law, Ken (Georgia Ann) Aeverman; her uncle, Walter
4(Phyllis) Brown; her aunt, Helen Schaefer; and many nieces and
5nephews; therefore, be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Darlene Catherine Aeverman, and extend our sincere condolences
9to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be
10it further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Darlene Aeverman as an expression of
13our deepest sympathy.
