SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William Dean Ruyle of Benld, who passed away on January 12, 2014; and

WHEREAS, William Ruyle was born on August 24, 1935 in Plainview; his parents were Howard Ruyle and Nina Lucille (nee Manual) Ruyle; and

WHEREAS, William Ruyle was a member of the Cement Masons and Plasterers Local 90, where he was a concrete finisher; and

WHEREAS, William Ruyle was a member of the Thursday Night Poker Club; and

WHEREAS, William Ruyle was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Archer Ruyle; his parents; his grandchild, Jackie Kaylor; his brother, Frank Ruyle; and his sisters, Maxine Osborne and June Martin; and

WHEREAS, William Ruyle is survived by his sons, Frank (Nancy) Ruyle and Les (Kathy) Ruyle; his daughters, Judy (Jack) Kaylor and Sherry (Larry) Ricchiardi; his special companion, Rosemary Messner; his grandchildren, Zac Ruyle, Sara Ruyle, Haley Ruyle, Mike Ruyle, Jamie Kaylor, Jeffrey Kaylor, Emily Ruppel, and Rachel Ricchiardi; his great-grandchildren, Kaylee Cox, Preston Kaylor, and Jack W. Kaylor; and his brother, Kenny (Annie) Ruyle; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of William Dean Ruyle; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Ruyle as an expression of our sympathy.
