SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael Robert "Mickey" Pavelick of Waukegan, who passed away on October 5, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick was born in Waukegan on September 6, 1958 to Ethel "Bunny" and Edward "Butch" Pavelick; and

WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick was preceded in death by is father, Edward, and his niece, Megan Pavelick; and

WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick is survived by his mother, Ethal; his brothers, Marc (Debbie), Jim (Liz), and Jack; his niece, Molly; his aunts, Aggie and JoAnne; his uncles, John and Bob; and his cousins, Robert, John, Nancy, and Joe; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Michael Robert "Mickey" Pavelick, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael Pavelick as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
