SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Ray Hagedorn of Gurnee, who passed away on September 30, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Ray Hagedorn served with the Lake Forest Fire Department for 29 years, having achieved the rank of lieutenant; and

WHEREAS, Ray Hagedorn is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Nona Hagedorn; and

WHEREAS, Ray Hagedorn is survived by his wife, Elaine; his children, Mike (Prudence) Hagedorn, Bryan Barker, and Lisa Barker; his grandchildren, Ulysses, Adonis, Orion, and Raiden Hagedorn; and his siblings, Donald Hagedorn, Virginia Heibner, and Marlene Nudi; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Ray Hagedorn; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ray Hagedorn as an expression of our sympathy.
