SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Beth Ann Klyczek of Crystal Lake, who passed away on October 11, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was born on April 23, 1966 in Des Plaines; her parents were David and Elizabeth Grant; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1989; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was employed as Vice President/Market Manager at Inland Bank in Lake Zurich and Hawthorne Woods; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek served as the President of the Hawthorne Woods Woman's Club and as an Ambassador for the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce; she was also a member of the Lake Zurich Rotary Club and the Lake Zurich High School Advisory Council; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Eugene Klyczek, and her sister-in-law, Theresa Grant; and

WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Gregory Klyczek; her children, Nathaniel Klyczek and Abigail Klyczek; her brothers, Charles Grant and David Grant; her sister, Mary (George) Dorian; her brothers-in-law, Jeffrey (Janyce) Klyczek, Christopher (Kathleen) Klyczek, and Kevin Klyczek; her parents, David and Elizabeth Grant; her mother-in-law, Colette Klyczek; and her many nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Beth Ann Klyczek; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Beth Ann Klyczek as an expression of our sympathy.
