SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death Cheryl Ruth "Cherie" Rosko (nee Eckert) of Lake Forest, who passed away on September 14, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Cheryl Rosko retired in 2011 after 30 years of service as an executive secretary to the Lincolnshire Village Hall; and

WHEREAS, Cheryl Rosko was an active member of her church and the greater community; and

WHEREAS, Cheryl Rosko is survived by her husband, J. Kenneth Rosko; her son, Derek (Lori) Bower; her grandchild, Amelia Claire "Mia"; her sister, Bobbie (Frank) Nickisher; her nieces, Kim Iacono and Pam Nickisher; and her grandnephew, Luke; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Cheryl Rosko, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Cheryl Rosko as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
