SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael Donald Harper; and

WHEREAS, Michael Harper was the loving husband of Kelley (nee Kiernan); the father of Jack, Katie, and Maddie; the son of Kay Pavel and Don Harper; the stepson of the late George Pavel and Paula Harper; the son-in-law of Ellen and Vince Kiernan; the brother of Dan (Jennifer) Harper and Laura (Ramon) Villareal; the brother-in-law of Vince (Sarah) Kiernan, Regina (Michael) Gade, Michael (Sharon) Kiernan, and Kathlene (Kevin) Linehan; the stepbrother of Brian (Mary) Malpeli, Lisa (Jim) Olson, Dawn (Dan) Porrey, Steve (Season) Pavel, Ruth (Rob) Dowler, Diane (Jack) Peters; and the uncle of 33 nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Michael Donald Harper; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael Harper as an expression of our sympathy.
