SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of George Fred Sinesh of Waukegan, who passed away on July 3, 2013; and

WHEREAS, George Sinesh was born on January 3, 1935, in Waukegan to Fred and Marie (nee Mikulecky) Sinesh; he married Eleanor (nee Lucas) in Lake Villa in 1980; and

WHEREAS, George Sinesh owned and operated Sinesh Auto Body in Waukegan for 40 years until his retirement in 2011; and

WHEREAS, George Sinesh was a member of ski and snowmobile clubs; he enjoyed motorcycling, gardening, woodworking, and tinkering with anything motorized; and

WHEREAS, George Sinesh was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Mike; and his sisters, Betty, Mary Ann, and Shirley; and

WHEREAS, George Sinesh is survived by his wife of 33 years, Eleanor; his daughter, Jill (Lynn) Dreier; his son, Jeff (Beth) Sinesh; his stepchildren, Jim, Janis, Joyce, and Jayne; his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Kathy Sinesh; his brother, Mike Sinesh; his numerous nieces and nephews; and his faithful canine companion, Ginger; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of George Fred Sinesh, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of George Sinesh as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
