SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael T. Lock, who passed away on June 5, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Michael Lock was born on July 24, 1965, in Canton; his parents were Howard W. and Sue Ann Lock; he married Cindy M. Lingenfelter on November 22, 1991, in Lewistown; and

WHEREAS, Michael Lock was employed as a supervisor for Kitchen Cooked; and

WHEREAS, Michael Lock enjoyed life, riding his Harley, hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and being surrounded by his loving family; and

WHEREAS, Michael Lock was preceded in death by his good friend, Bob Emery; and

WHEREAS, Michael Lock is survived by his parents; his daughters, Taylor M. Lock and Katie E. King; his sister, Amy (Joel) Picton; his niece and nephew, Tory and Tanner Picton; and his beloved dogs, Rocky, Ruby, and Cooper; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Michael T. Lock; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael Lock as an expression of our sympathy.
