SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of JoCele Williams of Germantown Hills, who passed away on May 17, 2013; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams was born on November 22, 1963, in Peoria; her parents were Ralph A. and Ellen Gorman; she married David M. Williams on September 19, 1987, at St. Bernard Catholic Church; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams worked as an LPN at Forest Park Nursing Home and Galena Park Nursing Home; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams was a member of St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church in Metamora; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams loved Las Vegas, her flowers, her pool, and being a wife and mom; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents; and

WHEREAS, JoCele Williams is survived by her husband, David; her mother, Ellen Gorman; her daughters, Kaitlin and Morgan Williams; three sons, Michael (Jen) Williams and Colin and Thomas Williams Germantown Hills; her sisters, Kathy (Tom) McNamara, Susie (Mark) Slover, Mary (Doug) Whitaker, Jeannie (Greg) Bachler, and Ellen (Drew) Cassidy; her brothers, Steve (Peggy) Gorman, Dick (Cindy) Gorman, and Mike (Alice) Gorman; her 44 nieces and nephews; and her 15 great-nieces and great-nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of JoCele Williams; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of JoCele Williams as an expression of our sympathy.
