SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kenneth R. Qualls of Carlinville, who passed away on May 30, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Qualls was born on August 1, 1943, in Carlinville; his parents were Raymond and Anna (Fox) Qualls; he married Marim Lippold on October 20, 1967, in Carlinville; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Qualls is survived by his wife, Marim; his son, David Qualls (Pamela); his daughter, Michelle Dyer (Wally); his grandchildren, Jessica Heyen and Acacia and Nathan Dyer; his sister, Nancy Fox (Peter Palm); his brother, Sam Qualls (Anita); and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Kenneth R. Qualls; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kenneth Qualls as an expression of our sympathy.
