SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Walter Van Cybulski of Waukegan, who passed away on May 8, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was born on March 9, 1953, to Van and Donna Jean Cybulski in Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was a police officer in the City of Waukegan for 27 years until his retirement in 2003; and

WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, and the Loyal Order of Moose; and

WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Jean; his grandparents, Helen and Murrell Bollman; his grandmother, Lottie Cybulski; and his aunt, Twyla Czajkoski (Bollman); and

WHEREAS, Walter Cybulski is survived by his daughter, Celeste Marie (Dulce); his sons, Ryan Walter and Robert William; his grandchildren, Andrew, Troy, and Dylan; his siblings, Angel Sue (Dubrovlin), Mark Alan Cybulski, and Van Anthony Cybulski (Minns); and his niece, cousins, and many friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Walter Cybulski, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Walter Cybulski as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
