SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Charles "Chuck" H. Cincebox of Plainview, who passed away on May 16, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox served our country with pride during the Korean War; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox worked as a coal miner for 44 years; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox was a former member of the United States Trotting Association and Who's Who of America; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Gussie Cincebox, and his brothers, Gordon, Donald, and Bobby; and

WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox is survived by his wife of 58 years, Irene Stinnett Cincebox; his daughter, Cathy Lee; his son, Donald G. G. Cincebox; his grandchildren, Samantha (Ken) Spencer and Christian (Angie) Scharfenberg, who are the children of Cindy Cincebox Scharfenberg; his sisters, Freida Colvin and Blanche (Ben) Marbold; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Charles "Chuck" H. Cincebox; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Charles Cincebox as an expression of our sympathy.
