SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Connor I. Roche of Oak Park, who passed away on August 16, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Connor Roche graduated from St. Giles School in 2003, Oak Park and River Forest High School in 2007, and Columbia College Chicago in 2012; and

WHEREAS, Connor Roche worked as a staff member at Blue Man Group Chicago and had aspirations to become a Blue Man; and

WHEREAS, Connor Roche was a guitarist and member of the band Nude Intruder; and

WHEREAS, Connor Roche was the son of Mark and Patrice (nee Harrigan); the brother of Geryn and Carrie Roche; the grandson of Rita and the late Jack Harrigan and the late Dick and Gerry Roche; and the nephew, cousin, and friend of many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Connor I. Roche, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Connor Roche as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
