SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Ralph T. Weger of Crystal Lake, who passed away on August 20, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Ralph Weger was born on December 20, 1951 in Oak Park; his parents were Kenneth F. and Myrtle (nee Foy) Weger; he married Patti L. Casto on July 10, 1988 in Crystal Lake; and

WHEREAS, Ralph Weger was the president of Jemison Electric Company in Crystal Lake for the last 46 years and operated the company with his son, Michael, for the past 18 years; and

WHEREAS, Ralph Weger was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, golfing, and hunting with his loyal sidekick, Crown, and spending as much time as possible in Hayward, Wisconsin; and

WHEREAS, Ralph Weger was preceded in death by his parents; and

WHEREAS, Ralph Weger is survived by his wife, Patti; 4 children, Michael C. Weger, Matthew C. (Jamie) Weger, Ronald Domin, and Robert Domin; 3 grandchildren, Mason Caleb, Chase Thomas, and Avery Lynn Weger; 2 brothers, Kenneth (Sylvia) Weger and Paul (Lynn) Weger; 3 sisters, Janice (Sherwin) Mishkin, Corinne Amato, and Karen (Doug) Scott; and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Ralph T. Weger; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ralph Weger as an expression of our sympathy.
