SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Robert S. "Bob" Mulvey of Johnsburg, who passed away on June 22, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey was born on November 29, 1956; his parents were Robert and Virginia (nee Galowski) Mulvey; he married Joanne Toomey on June 15, 1984 in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey went to Notre Dame High School, where he graduated in 1972; he subsequently attended St. Norbert's College; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey was the owner and operator of Danco Converting with his brother, Daniel; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey enjoyed coaching sports, vacationing, and spending time with his wife and children; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey is preceded in death by his father; and

WHEREAS, Robert Mulvey is survived by his wife, Joanne; 5 children, Kevin, Elizabeth, Timothy, Cullen, and Ceara; his mother, Virginia; 2 sisters, Barbara McQuillan and Ann (Steve) Roberson; a brother, Daniel (Mary) Mulvey; and his many nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Robert S. "Bob" Mulvey; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Robert Mulvey as an expression of our sympathy.
