SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Beverly Alice Schlau of Vernon Hills, who passed away on December 22, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Beverly Schlau was born on May 30, 1943; and

WHEREAS, Beverly Schlau was employed as an administrative receptionist with the Deerfield Park District; and

WHEREAS, Beverly Schlau was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Deerfield; and

WHEREAS, Beverly Schlau is survived by her loving children, Stacey (Chuck) Castellanos and Robert (April) Schlau; her grandchildren, Flynn Castellanos and Abigail and Andrew Schlau; and her sisters, Vera Stirsman and Nancy Taylor; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Beverly Alice Schlau; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Beverly Schlau as an expression of our sympathy.
