SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Roseann C. Stvrtecky of McHenry, who
4passed away on June 1, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky was born on November 22, 1949 in
6Chicago to James Donald and Marie (nee Giammanco) Browne; she
7married Daniel C. Stvrtecky on June 5, 1971 at St. Thomas
8Church in Des Plaines; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky enjoyed being a stay-at-home
10mom when her children were young; when her children were older,
11she worked as a teacher's aide at James Bush Elementary School
12in Johnsburg; she also worked for Prem Magnetics and the
13Follett Corporation; most recently, she was an executive
14secretary at Angelus Retirement Community in McHenry, later
15known as Fox Point; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky enjoyed cooking, especially for
17family gatherings, crocheting, and doing needlepoint; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky was preceded in death by her
19father; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky is survived by her husband of 43

1years, Daniel; 2 sons, Christopher (Karen) Stvrtecky and Scott
2(Jenny) Stvrtecky; 3 grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, and Emma;
3her mother, Marie Browne; a sister, Jean (Frank) Raimondi; a
4brother, Pat (Judy) Browne; and brothers-in-law and
5sisters-in-law, Jim (Joy) Stvrtecky and Rosann (Bruce) Green;
6therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9Roseann C. Stvrtecky, and extend our sincere condolences to her
10family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
11further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Roseann Stvrtecky as an expression
14of our deepest sympathy.
