1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of John W. Kaburick, Jr., formerly of
4 Carlinville, who passed away on April 22, 2014; and

5     WHEREAS, John Kaburick, Jr. is survived by his wife,
6 Carolyn Sue Kaburick; 3 sons, Rodney (Tracy) Cameron, Clayton
7 (Amanda) Cameron, and Joshua (Kim) Kaburick; 8 grandchildren; 2
8 brothers, Larry (Pat) Kaburick and James (Carol) Kaburick; and
9 many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

10     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
11 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
12 family and friends, mourn the passing of John W. Kaburick, Jr.;
13 and be it further

14     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
15 presented to the family of John Kaburick, Jr. as an expression
16 of our sympathy.
