SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Gary H. Hill of Waukegan, who passed away on April 12, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Gary Hill was born in Ironwood, Michigan on July 2, 1940 to Harold and Anna Hill; he served in the United States Army; and

WHEREAS, Gary Hill worked as a truck driver for many years and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters; he also worked as a bartender for 20 years; and

WHEREAS, Gary Hill was preceded in death by his father, Harold Hill, and by a brother, Leonard Hill; and

WHEREAS, Gary Hill is survived by his mother, Anna Hill; sister, Carol Coleman; brother, Ronald (Kathy) Hill; and daughter, Carrie Ann Hill; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Gary H. Hill, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Gary Hill as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
