SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Joseph R. Beyer, Sr. of Midlothian, Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. was born in Waukegan in 1948 to Raymond and Elizabeth Beyer; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. was preceded in death by one brother, Jerome; his daughter, Breanna Nicole; and by his children's mother, Gwen Beyer-Kaull; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. is survived by his son, Joey Beyer, Jr.; his brothers, John (Margaret) Beyer, James (Charlotte) Beyer, and Michael (Tricia) Beyer; his sisters, Linda Belski, Judith Beyer, and Beth (Lovat) Veitch; and his numerous nieces, nephews, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Joseph R. Beyer, Sr., and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Joseph Beyer, Sr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
