SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Edward A. Krysiak of McHenry, who passed away on February 27, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Edward Krysiak was born in Chicago on July 19, 1955 to Arnold R. and Carol A. (nee Mertes) Krysiak; he served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War; and

WHEREAS, Edward Krysiak worked as a cross-country truck driver and was also involved in construction; and

WHEREAS, Edward Krysiak was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed gardening, barbecuing, and spending time with his family; and

WHEREAS, Edward Krysiak was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents; and

WHEREAS, Edward Krysiak is survived by his children, Jenny (David) York and Michael (Yolanda) Krysiak; his grandchildren, Destany, Kamden, Xander, Summer, and Lucas; his sister, Evelyn Krysiak; his brothers, Dan (Kristine) Krysiak and Arn (Karen) Krysiak; his many nieces and nephews; his former wife and friend, Kathleen Krysiak; his long-time friend, Susan Thomas; and his friend, Buddy; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Edward A. Krysiak, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Edward Krysiak as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
