SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

505 ILCS 17/10

Amends the Agricultural Production Contract Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the applicability of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning agriculture.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Agricultural Production Contract Code is amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

(505 ILCS 17/10)

Sec. 10. Limited applicability. This Act shall not apply to a production contract under the the provisions of which the commodity is to be delivered by the producer to the contractor or the contractor's designee within 30 days after the date of the production agreement.
