    Amends the Abandoned Refrigerator Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Abandoned Refrigerator Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (430 ILCS 150/0.01)  (was 720 ILCS 505/0.01)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Abandoned Refrigerator Act.
