    Amends the Consumer Installment Loan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Consumer Installment Loan Act is amended by
5 changing Section 26 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 670/26)  (from Ch. 17, par. 5432)
7     Sec. 26. Title of act. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may
8 be cited as the Consumer Installment Loan Act.
