SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

410 ILCS 130/1

Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning alternative treatment for serious diseases causing chronic pain and debilitating conditions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act.
