Amends and repeals provisions of the Fox Waterway Agency Act. Provides that the Fox Water Agency is dissolved and its assets and property assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.

| | 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| | 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| | 4 | | Section 5. The Fox Waterway Agency Act is amended by | | 5 | | changing Section 1 and by adding Section 1.01 as follows:
| | 6 | | (615 ILCS 90/1) (from Ch. 19, par. 1201)
| | 7 | | Sec. 1.
This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
Fox | | 8 | | Waterway Agency Dissolution Act.

| | 10 | | (615 ILCS 90/1.01 new) | | 11 | | Sec. 1.01. Dissolution. The Fox Waterway Agency is | | 12 | | dissolved. On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the | | 13 | | 98th General Assembly, all the assets and property of the Fox | | 14 | | Waterway Agency shall by operation of law vest in and be | | 15 | | assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.
