    Amends the Soil Conservation Domestic Allotment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Soil Conservation Domestic Allotment Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 125/1)  (from Ch. 5, par. 138a)
7     Sec. 1. When used in this ~~this~~ Act, the term:
8     "Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act" means the
9 Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act enacted by the
10 Congress of the United States, as amended.
11     "Secretary of Agriculture" means the Secretary of
12 Agriculture of the United States.
13     "Department" means the Department of Agriculture of the
14 State of Illinois.
15     "Director" means the Director of the Department of
16 Agriculture of the State of Illinois.
