1     AN ACT concerning gun safety and responsibility and the
2 issuance of licenses to carry a concealed firearm.

3     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

5     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Gun
6 Safety and Responsibility and the Issuance of Licenses to Carry
7 a Concealed Firearm Act.
