1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Anatomical Gift Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (755 ILCS 50/1-1)  (was 755 ILCS 50/1)
7     Sec. 1-1. Short Title.This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Illinois Anatomical Gift Act.
