1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII
3 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year
4 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be
5 available during that year; therefore, be it

6     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
7 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
8 the House of Representatives estimates the general funds to be
9 available during State fiscal year 2014 as follows:

19 estimated by the House of Representatives, by resolution, to be
20 available during State fiscal year 2014 and that are allocated
21 to the House appropriation committees for appropriation, the
22 percentage available to each appropriation committee is as
23 follows:
