HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to honor the volunteers and coaches of TOPSoccer of Cary, a community based program for young athletes with disabilities to learn and play the game of soccer, for their dedicated service to the children of the State of Illinois; and

WHEREAS, TOPSoccer is organized by community volunteers and trained coaching staff who offer a no cost program open to any child aged 5 and up with a cognitive or physical disability; and

WHEREAS, The dedication and service of the volunteers and staff work one on one with the children and adapt activities to everyone's individual skill levels; and

WHEREAS, TOPSoccer is committed to the enrichment and empowerment of children with disabilities and other special needs so that they grow and progress within each and every community within the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we honor the volunteers and coaches of TOPSoccer of Cary for their dedicated service and wish them great success in their future as an excellent organization; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Lynne O'Malley, of TOPSoccer for the Cary Soccer Association, as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
